| Upon software registration you you will receive a file called Registration Certificate
holding one license, which is bound to the BIOS/Processor of the computer for which it was issued. One time free
trial-license is granted for every computer solely for the purpose of evaluating the software. Purchased license(s) are not
refundable - read full license text here. The following license fees apply for licenses:

| No Noise version 2 can be registered ONLY during installation and if installed on a Free Trial basis will require reinstallation to register. |
| No Noise version 2 registration and supplying registration certificate during installation |
| - During installation you will be asked to select a Registration Request: |

- Option 1: I have Registration Certificate for this Software Package and this PC.

| - The only action that you need to do is to supply your registration certificate to the installer. |

| This is the end of the software registration procedure. |

- Option 2: I do not have Registration Certificate but would like to obtain one.
|
| - In this case you will need an internet connection. Enter the owner of the license (which will be issued shortly, e.g. John Doe or My Company Name Ltd.) |

| - Complete the form and select continue. |

Two things will happen following this:
- Your browser will be launched and directed to a secure Internet site at which you can pay the registration fee and immediately obtain your registration certificate. Please store your registration certificate and software installation package in a safe place for later use.
- The installer will wait for you to supply registration certificate.

- Option 3: I would like to use No Noise 2 under the terms of the Free Trial-license.
